55-year-old male diagnosed six months ago with Stage 4 prostate
cancer which has spread to the bones. He comes in complaining
of deep bone pain and severe muscle weakness. Vital signs: heart
rate is 45 bpm, blood pressure is 108/60 and respiratory rate is 12
bpm.
