Choosing a topic for your Final Project After you have thought carefully about some of the inequalities that exist in workplaces, consider ONE that you would like to investigate for your Final Project. Remember, the problem you choose must be directly connected to your field of study and/or the industry in which you work after graduation. In a memo-style document of about 150 words, explain: 1. The topic you have chosen. 2. How the topic is directly connected to your field of study or the industry in which you will work after graduation. 3. The rationale for your choice. Do you have any personal/ancedotal or other evidence to show this problem exists in that industry.
