23.Five months ago, the patient suffered a pathological left ankle fracture. He is still in pain and feels that "something's not right.” X-rays are taken of the original fracture site, and the findings are that the ankle has healed in misalignment-a malunion. (Hint: Remember the seventh-character extension for the subsequent visit for a malunion.)
