Describe the way data moves through, and is used in, a complete
health informatics system. Include at least the following
organizations:
● Two clinical practices, such as a primary care practice and
hospital
● A data collection and analysis system for a healthcare
payer, such as Medicare or a commercial health insurance
plan
● A public health component, such as a cancer surveillance
system
Please include information on data collection, interactions between
providers and the system, the architecture of the
system itself, how it can interact with other health
informatics systems, and what the resulting data can be used for.
Please also cite at least five sources and include an annotated
bibliography. The paper should be seven single spaced pages
(excluding citations), and should include at least two created
diagrams
