Many of the goals overlap with global health, including reducing poverty and increasing gender equality, quality education, climate action and economic development. Others clearly have global and public health significance for action, such as zero hunger, clean water and sanitation, and good health and well-being for all. Focusing on two pressing issues that overlap with some of these goals and that have promising and feasible solutions the convergence of infectious diseases and noncommunicable diseases, and food security, agriculture, and malnutrition. We've discussed the differences in the transitioning societies in terms of developed' vs 'developing' in a paragraph or two discuss the following: 1-What do we mean when we talk about the determinants of health'? 2-List some of the more direct determinants of health that have a direct impact on people's health and why? 3-What are the leading causes of mortality in high-income countries, and how are they similar of different from the causes in low-income countries?
