Problem 2: need to design a complete differential amplifier biased by a current mirror current source. There is no load: Ri=00. The source resistance is Rs = 1k0. You are given with NPN BJTs that have {VBE=0.7V if BE junction is forward-biased, B=120, VA=150V, V1=25mV). You are also given with resistors and DC batteries of your choice. The differential input signal is small (amplitude no bigger than SmV). The input common-mode signal is DC of size 2.5V. Design specs are: (1) Differential input resistance Rid212K12, (2) Differential single-ended gain of 60, (3) Single-ended common-mode gain no larger than 0.003. Answer the following questions: Interpret all the specs: 2.1: (5%): What should be Rc? 2.2: (5%): determine I (of the current source), 2.3: (5%): determine the minimum Rout of the current source
