Using 8 different empty glasses that are open and filled with
different amounts of water, you want to tune them to play notes of
one octave scale from C to the next higher freq C.
Figure out how to use the least amount of water to find what
height you need to fill up each glass to.
You are given the height of the glasses as 0.4m and 0.04m as the
radius. Speed of sound = 343 m/s
