A sample of size 50 is tested and found that the average of labour spending as a break is 101.5 mins. From previous records it's known that the standard deviation of time spent as a daily break is o = 4 mins. (a) State the null and the alternative hypothesis. (b) With a significance of a = 0.05 test the claim on the time spent as a break.
