The idea created for this assignment will eventually culminate in a business plan. Students will write a 1 or 2 page summary of their business idea they'd like to use for their later business plan. Group Information Students may form their own groups (4 persons or less) The professor does not need to be advised of groups in advance on this assignment. Assignment Requirements Students will submit a short document. It will outline the concept of their business idea. It should include: • Brief summary of the idea. • Brief summary of who the customer is • What value customer derives from the product/service • Brief break-even, based on ongoing fixed and variable costs. • Rough Start-up costs Competitors and what value they give clients .
