Q-2. For a FET (N-type), Ipss = (5 + Last digit of your ID) mA and Vp =- (4 + Sixth digit of your ID) V. Sketch the transfer curve of the Transistor. Then find Ip at VGS = -2 volt from the graph. Also calculate Vos at ID = 5mA by mathematical technique (You can use the following graph or a freehand drawing).
