Assume that both the self-weight and the live loads applied to the deck are uniformly distributed along the span of the bridge. For the dead loads (DL) use a safety factor of 1.35 and for the live loads (LL) use a safety factor of 1.5. Use Eurocode 0 to determine what the loads acting on the bridge.
