Imagine that you are a scientific or technological advisor to the government of Bahrain. As part of its Emerging Technologies initiative, you have been tasked with the job of identifying a local social issue that can be solved through an existing technological or scientific innovation that is not yet being used in the country.
Write a proposal to a relevant Bahrain Ministry in which you recommend the innovation that the government should adopt to solve the specific social issue.
Take care to explain why this innovation offers the greatest social benefit for the citizens of Bahrain and fully explain how the government could use this innovation on the island.
