What would be your advice? Explain. Arbitration: Is a process in which a case is taken before one or more arbitrators who make a final ruling on the case, by consent of parties. The sides opt for a mutual dispi resolution method of preferring arbitration rather than proceeding to court. Negotiation: is a dialogue between two or more people or parties, intended to reach ai understanding, resolve point of difference, or gain advantage in outcome of dialogue, produce an agreement upon course of action, to bargain for individual or collective advantage, to craft outcomes to satisfy various interests of two or more people or parties involved in the negotiation. Mediation: Is a process without the need of resorting to courts. It is a voluntary. structured, and interactive process of negation overseen by a neutral third party called mediator. This person is chosen through contracts and there are no qualifications but usually this position is taken by a retired judge or lawyer. Conciliation: This is a process whereby the parties to dispute uses a conciliator who meets with the parties separately in order to resolve their differences. It is a voluntary proceeding, where the parties involved are free to agree and attempt to resolve their dispute by conciliation.
