company had a formal written agreement with a client. During the course of the project some terms and conditions of the formal written contract enumerated in the written document was violated by the contracting
company. This violation of terms and conditions resulted in a financial loss to the client. The client initiated legal proceedings and demanded a compensation for the financial loss and the future profit that they could have made if there was no dispute.
