Laura is 27, and present with "bleeding gums". She reports that they bleed sometimes when she touches them, but her friends tell her that this is normal as a person ages. She brushes twice a day, and usually visits the dentist yearly. She has generalized moderate gingivitis, and several 5 mm pockets. 1.
