What problems might occur if the child care setting does not
have a location for a breastfeeding mother to privately and
comfortably breastfeed in the setting?
What problems might occur if formula is not prepared
appropriately for an infant?
For example, a provider uses too much water in preparation of
the formula or the providers uses too little water in the
preparation formula?
How might a child care provider impact an infants’ growth and
development if he/she does not interact with the infant while
feeding? For example, the provider does not made eye contact with
the infant when feeding a bottle and does not watch for infant
feeding cues.
