Reducing Stress Everyone experiences stress. Many students feel stress because of the pressures of balancing many classes, assignments, and evaluations, on top of everything else that they have going on in their day-to-day lives. If you have experienced stress since becoming a student, you are not alone. Luckily, there are many ways to ease stress, such as exercising, meditating, and talking to a friend, family member, or counselor, or connecting with your Student Success Advisor.
