Although an unhealthy eating plan and a less than active lifestyle may be main contributors to obesity, other factors such as genetics and certain medical conditions can also be risk for obesity (Obesity. 2015). Of those factors, which can we take control of and see the most impact? Or how can we help mitigate those uncontrollable factors by implementing healthier options?
