Task You are reading the chart of a patient which states a history of aphasia. What other information should you try to find in the chart to help you develop a plan of care for this patient? Include the information from both the Williams and Giddens books. Has this patient had an previous stroke? Which aphasia the patient has? Gathering Complete and Accurate Data Task Using Legal and Ethical Guidelines 1. Review the NAPNES Ethical guidelines and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act discussed last quarter. You received those documents last quarter. 2. Relate at least 2 ethical guidelines from that document to the care of patients with perception and cognitive disorders. Educating the patients and families about dementia and how it can affect the patients ability to think.
