Emergency Room Visit Note Patient Name: Rodney Balbo DOB: 3/12/60 A 40-year-old male patient was brought to the Emergency Department (ED) via ambulance after he fell at home and hit his head on the edge of the bathtub. Patient isn't sure how he fell but has a headache. He had a 3cm skin laceration on the left side of his scalp. The patient was given a dose of Tylenol and laceration was repaired with sutures and asked to follow up with his primary physician.
