2. Ceftriaxone Sodium Dose: 1 G in 100ml q 24 hrs
3. Gentamicin Dose: 100 mg in 100 ml q 8 hours
4. Cefazolin Dose: 2 g/100mL IVPB q 8 hours
5. Ertapenem 1 gm in 100ml IVPB q 24 hrs
