The objective of this project is to familiarize students with PCM encoding in MATLAB. Students will construct a 4-bit binary encoder for generating a pulse code modulated signal. The message signal to be encoded is given below: m(t) = sin(1000) = Sampling frequency should be, fs = (1.5 x x) kHz where x = 39 (iv) Plots of message signal (3 cycles) and the encoded signal
