Every year during Christmas, newspapers are full of stories of people getting admitted to the emergency room. Classical ones are about people having a fishbone stuck in their throat. The research was conducted to see what is the real probability of such an accident. In 2020, the researchers asked 12345 randomly selected people whether they experienced this trouble during last Christmas. In total, 11 of them answered in an affirmative way. In 2021, the researchers repeated the experiment and they asked another 12345 randomly selected people. This time, they received 21 affirmative answers. Is this a sufficient ev- idence to claim that the probability of having a fishbone stuck in your throat increased between years 2019 and 2020? Test it at the 5% significance level. Determine p-value of this test. What additional assumptions do you need in order to perform this test? If possible, test these assumptions as well.
