88 year old male presents with fatigue for 3 days. Patient
has a history of BPH and hernia surgery. He is alert
and oriented x3, denies allergies to medications. He does not take
any medications daily except for an Metoprolol and an Aleve as
needed for arthritis in the knees. Patient appears
uncomfortable but denies pain. On assessment he has
mild/moderate bilateral lower extremity edema, reports mild
shortness of breath and his vitals are as follows T 97.9, 100, 22,
186/88, Spo2 of 90%.
