2. Lifespan considerations
3. Safety during medication administration
4. Responsibilities of the professional nurse when administering
medication and evaluating the patient’s response
Week 1 Objectives:
1. Define health, health promotion, and holism. (COs 2 and

2. Describe the development of nursing as a profession, focusing on

3. Differentiate the levels of prevention and their impact on
