E.R. is a 50 year old male with asthma. He comes to the pharmacy
looking for the pharmacist to help him decide if he should get the
flu and pneumonia vaccine. He further reveals that based on what he
knows he has completed all required pediatric vaccines, however
could not provide a written record of previous vaccines received.
He informs you that he has had an flu shot three years ago but does
not recall getting an pneumonia vaccine. What would be the best
advice for E.R.
