iii. compute the test (calculated) value
iv. make your decision
v. summarize the results and conclude your
findings
vi. if there is a difference, proceed to the post hoc
test (If the null hypothesis is rejected, use the Tukey HSD test
when sample sizes are equal and Bonferroni test when sample sizes
are unequal. Assume all variables are normally distributed, and
that the samples are independent, and that the population variances
are equal.)
Question 51
Workers are randomly assigned to four machines on an assembly
line. The number of defective parts produced by each worker for one
day is recorded. The data are shown here. At a = 0.05,
test the claim that the mean number of defective parts produced by
the workers is the same.
*Type or handwrite I don't mind but please make it
neatly so it is easier to read and understand. AND please take note
especially step vi, that's the step I need help on most. Thank
