You are working on a busy long term resident hallway. You are assigned 25 residents to pass medications on. You have a name alert for 2 residents with the same last name. You keep getting distracted as you prepare resident's medications. While prepping the medications for one of the name alert residents, a physician comes to talk to you about one of his residents. You continue to prepare the medications while talking to the physician. You finish your conversation and find the resident and do your medication pass.
