athlete so they can enhance their performance.
INCLUDE:
A. Daily menu with snacks and beverages
for 1 Day (Include, Carbs, Protein, Fats, ect.)
B. A Pre-game meal for the
athlete. (Include timing of meal)
C. Recovery meal and snack. (After
contest, workout, or game).
D. Include Hydration Plan.
(Water, Sports Beverages ect.)
E. Add supplements if you would
like.
