There are 16 customers above. All customers have the same demand
value as 1. Decision-maker wants to maximize the covered demand.
However, a maximum of 3 nodes can be opened as a source node. A
source node can serve its adjacent zones, e.g., a source node in
zone#1 can attend zones#1, #2, #4, and #5.
