For Jews, having diversity is a good thing because having
different rabbis and leaders from Jewish religion helps them
improve their beliefs. Having diversity helps Jewish people settle
any misunderstanding of Jewish life and what they believe in the
Tanak. Jewish people were trying to understand what was holy and
what was Gods revelations. The Hillel and Shammai were two rabbi
groups who helped with these disputes of the Tanak and the
characteristics of Talmudic Judaism. These issues were just a
couple of problems and both were important concerns in Judaism.
Having multiple members find out what is logically and what is not
can draw Jewish people together. These concerns can bring diverse
Jewish members together in understanding their beliefs. Having
diversity can resolve any concerns by coming together in a group
instead of one rabbi making all the decisions. Diversity is a good
thing and brings better understanding to Judaism and what books
make up the Bible of Judaism.

things like Gods revelations, but the Pharisees decided for them.
For Jews to come together and not have their reasoning accepted is
lack of being diverse. They argue among each other but do not
come to a conclusion because of the Pharisees. Yes, the Pharisees

diversity of group resolution and having the Pharisees conclude of
what scriptures should be, could draw frustration to the diverse
group. Letting one group decide what is right can bring doubt
against the Judaism beliefs in their Jewish bible. Going forward
having one group make decisions for Jewish people can continue to
bring concerns if not changed. Diversity in Judaism can be a
problem if they allow one group to have the final say after
deliberating with different members. Another problem with diversity
in Judaism is lack of women rabbis. When it comes to Rabbinic
religious life women can feel bias about what the men believe
