doctor with urinary stress incontinence. She also complained of a
heaviness or pressure sensation in her pelvis. Gynecological

wall, gentle pushing on which reveals urinary incontinence on
straining. The cervix is elongated and found to be located a bit
lower down in the vaginal than normally.
