6. CASE STUDY Identify the chemical imbalance - provide reasoning (3 marks) A patient presents in a life threatening condition. Her name is Samantha Cholinesterase. Upon physical exam you notice that she has wide dilated pupils, her heart rate is 150 BPM, and her blood pressure is unstable but mostly she presents with hypertension. The patient's skin appears very warm, and she appears very confused, often complaining of her dry mouth and nose. The patient seemed to become more unstable with treatment with epinephrine.
