1-Take 5 test tubes and add 9 ml of water to each tube. Label the tubes 1 through 5.
2- From a colored solution already prepared by the laboratory instructor, take I mi of this solution, pour it into tube i and mix,
3- After tube 1 take 1 p) of the solution, pour it into tube 2 and mix.
4- Tare 1 ml of the solution from tube 2, pour it into tube 3 and mix.
5- Repeat step 4 until you reach tube 5.
6-Determine the dilution in each tube and record the results in table 4.
II-Técnicas de dilución 1- Tome 5 tubos de ensayo y échele 9 ml de agua a cada tubo. Rotule los tubos del 1 al 5. 2- De una solución con color ya preparada por el instructor de laboratorio, tome 1 ml de esta solución, échela en el tubo 1 y mezcle. 3- Luego del tubo 1 tome 1 ml de la solución, échelo en el tubo 2 y mezcle. 4- Tome 1 ml de la solución del tubo 2, échelo en el tubo 3 y mezcle. 5- Repite el paso 4 hasta llegar al tubo 5. 6- Determine la dilución en cada tubo y anote los resultados en la tabla 4.
