Q5. (25p) To determine the particle size analysis of a sticky sample both dry and wet sieving technique has been applied. To overcome the wet sieving problems due to very fine materials the samples initally and roughly sieved from 38 microns sieve. Then the rest of the sample was wet sieved. According to the results given below draw the full size distribution and determine the d30- d50-d80 of the distribution. Hint: Some -38 microns exist in +38 microns after inital sieving.
