The optimal feed tray location in distillation column which decrease the cost of the column to its minimal value. C. In a heat exchanger, a saturated steam at 10 bar is used to evaporate 10 ton/hr methanol at 2bar and 25°C. use the optimizer to calculate the optimal flow rate of steam fed to the heat exchanger which decrease its cost to the minimal value. D. A stream of 10 ton/hr of methanol at 2bar and 25°C heated to T°C in a heat exchanger by a hot stream, which has to be cooled from 100 °C to 50 °C and then fed to other heat exchanger, where it will be evaporated by saturated steam at 10 bar. use the optimizer to calculate the optimal value of T which bring the costs of the process to the minimum.
