Water at 25°C flows turbulently at 5 ft/s through a straight, cylindrical tube cast from benzoic acid, of 2-inch i.d. If the tube is 10 ft long, and fully developed, turbulent flow is assumed, estimate the average concentration of acid in the water leaving the tube. Physical properties are the same as in Example 3.13.
