The properties of concrete can vary considerably, depending on
the ratio of cement, water, fine and course aggregate, and
admixtures.
You now use a different concrete mix, with the same cracking
stress, but a higher initial elastic modulus.
How would this change affect the cracking moment of this
composite beam (ie increase, decrease, stay the same)?
