Determine the maximum influent flow rate that an activated

concentration entering the basin is 250 mg/L, BOD removal rate is
3.22 day-1, and maximum allowed BOD concentration exiting the basin
is 20 mg/L. Assume that the flow rate entering and exiting the
basin are the same and it is operating at steady state.
