As shown in the given figure, a rubber conical cut piece with 0.3 of Poisson's ratio and 100 MPa of Elasticity Modulus is compressed in a steel rigid block by applying a pressure q on its top port. If the pressure (q') generated between the rubber and the steel block is 5 MPa less than the one applied at the top port, determine this pressure q, and calculate the vertical strain.
