Casting Manufacturing
The 6061 aluminum fabrication part shown is planned to be made by casting in a disposable mold. For this it is requested
1. The design of the model (pattern) to make the cavity of the casting.
2. The mold must have a pouring system, feeding system, risers, etc.
3. Location of cores in the foundry.
4. Calculation of manufacturing cost per piece, and production time.
5. Submit a 3D model of the pattern design, and the prepared mold.
