3- Refrigerant-134a is condensed by water at 20C in a long thin-walled double-pipe heat exchanger. Tube and shell diameters are 1.0 cm and 2.5 cm. The refrigerant flows through the tube, with a convection heat transfer coefficient of hi-5000W/m²C. Water flows through the shell at a rate of 0.3 kg/s. Assuming tube outer surface is covered by a 2mm thick layer of limestone with conduction heat transfer coefficient of 1.3 W/mC, determine the overall heat transfer coefficient of this heat exchanger. (25p) (water properties, p=1000 kg/m³, v=1.004*10-6m²/sn, k-0.598W/mC, Pr=7.01)
