Company has developed a new logic family which has the following characteristics: VOH = 3.0V and IOH = -4.0mA VOL = 0.5V IOL = 0.6mA and and ITH = 0.4mA VIH = 3.3V VIL = 1.4V and IIL = -0.9mA Give two reasons why it will be difficult to use parts from this logic family to build digital logic.
