Go to the Gruyere Codelab:

Start by reading the first page to learn about the application
and the purpose of the Codelab.
On the second page, spin up your own instance of Gruyere. Play
with the app a bit to learn its basic functionality, then try to
exploit it.
Watch this video introducing Gruyere and completing one
exploit for a more detailed introduction.
In a lab report, document the ways in which you are able to
exploit Gruyere. (This report would be given to the development
team so they can secure the app.) You must have at least 5
successful exploits. Each exploit is worth 9 points and
the documentation should include the following:
