Write a code that reads in the data file and creates a matrix
(2D array) from the
data. The values must be converted from strings to integers. You
will print out the array (must be
an ndarray variable type) to the screen. Your code must count how
many positive odd numbers are
in the matrix that are greater than 1 but less than 10. Print that
number to the screen with some text
(i.e., there are 3 positive odd numbers greater than 1 but less
than 10).
