Construct a p-chart for the billing process. Set up the p-chart by specifying its control limits and center line. (Enter your responses rounded to four decimal places. If your answer for LCLp is negative, enter this value as 0.) UCLp = p= LCLp = b. Is there any nonrandom behavior in the billing process that would require management attention? O A. Yes, and management would like to repeat whatever was done when samples 24 - 28 were taken and to avoid what was done during samples 4-8. O B. Since all of the data points are within the control limits then, by definition, there is not any nonrandom behavior in the billing process. OC. Yes-samples 24 - 28 have an upward run and samples 4-8 have a downward run. O D. There are not enough samples to determine whether there is any nonrandom behavior in the billing process.
