After setting the pH to 10 with buffer, 10.00 mL of urine solution was titrated with 23.57 mL of 4.590x10-3 M of EDTA. The calcium in another 10.00 mL of the urine solution was isolated by precipitation in CaC2O4(s), redissolved with an acid and titrated with 10.53 mL of the EDTA solution.
