You have just been hired as the services marketing manager for a
new company. Your company can be one of the following: a hotel, a
bank, or a retail department store. For your chosen company, you
must develop a new marketing mix that will address every aspect of
the business.
Part
1 For each of the
seven (7) areas of the services marketing mix – product, place,
promotion, price, people, physical evidence, and process – you must
clearly describe two (2) recommendations to motivate customers to
use your company’s services now and in the future (total of 14
recommendations).
Part
2 Provide support
for each of your fourteen (14) recommendations, explaining why you
believe they would successfully achieve your objectives.
Part
3 Your
recommendations must be written in proper business memo format to
the attention of the company president, James Smith. Begin with an
introductory paragraph and include a detail section and concluding
statements.
