(35 pts) Based on 3.3.4 “Elements”, create a Governance Approach
for the “Take Me Away” business case. Your stakeholder matrix and
the stakeholder list will be an important input for this output.
Use 10.35 “Process Modelling” to create a graphical model
(cross-functional flow chart) to show how the change requests will
be processed. The objective is to lay out the decision-making
process for a few decisions that involve the major players in the
business case.
Consider the following example: Suppose the ERP system at “Take
Me Away” is housed in an Azure cloud infrastructure. After hearing
of the complaints, the developers reviewed the crash logs and
determined there was not enough memory dedicated to the system.
More memory can be allocated but the additional cost has to be
approved by someone who controls the budget. Increasing the memory
and by how much could be a decision for the IT director.

process: a) How will business analysis work will be approached and
prioritized? The categories in the matrix are positioned according
