Varya is a professional engineer working for Monstera, a power
systems manufacturer, where they are responsible for procuring a
number of key subsystems for use in Monstera’s equipment. Varya
recently inherited a large number of shares in a company
BlueLight – that manufactures subsystems suitable for use in
Monstera products, from a distant aunt. 2 weeks after Varya became
a shareholder in BlueLight, she was asked by her boss at Monstera
to make a large purchase of the subsystems BlueLight produces.
Varya holds the BlueLight’s products in very high regard, and
believe it is superior to other manufacturer’s products. 1: What
